For documents intended for publication, print, advertisements or tenders, proofreading is strongly recommended. Proofreaders verify content, improve style and ensure clarity of text.

Our proofreading service is available regardless of whether we have translated the original document for you or not. To ensure consistency with your in-house style and terminology, we will ask you to provide reference material such as previous translations, style guides and glossaries. If these materials are not available, any other guidance you can provide regarding style, tone and register are valuable in helping our proofreaders to fine-tune the translation.

The quality of every proofreading project we work on is benchmarked against ISO-approved quality control procedures. This means we run spelling, grammar, punctuation, formatting and completeness checks as standard.
